We designed our software to be highly bespoke to each client so that we could ensure we offered a management package that suits your individual company’s needs, not what we think those needs are.
The app functions as a central hub for users as the main contact numbers and access points for their individual car are featured, covering a number of key support services including tyres, automotive glass, servicing, maintenance, breakdown and recovery. Drivers can also book their next service directly through the driverhub platform, meaning this can be done as soon as the service light comes on instead of waiting until you’re at work which increases the possibility of forgetting or damaging the vehicle.
driverhub also helps ensure companies meet their duty of care obligations as it provides drivers with access to an electronic vehicle condition report. Through this facility, drivers can, at regular, pre-determined intervals, confirm the condition of their vehicles in vital areas such as fluid levels, tyre tread depths and the condition of lights. In this way, drivers clearly demonstrate that they are maintaining and operating their vehicles to acceptable standards laid down by their company, thus providing a clear audit trail in line with health and safety rulings. This may also lead to vehicles being returned to funders in better condition, lowering any possible end of contract recharges to your business.

Mileage Capture

This data is then used to automatically populate HMRC compliant electronic mileage claim forms within driverhub which are sent to a web based portal. These claims can then be approved or declined by the appropriate member of staff and the driver will receive a notification of their decision on their phone.

Expense Manager
Gone are days of holding onto receipts and filling out vast amounts of paperwork to claim for food, accommodation, fuel or other expenses. Users will simply fill out the basic information required within driverhub and take a photo of the receipt, which is then forwarded to the management portal to be checked by a Manager. This HMRC compliant development will help save both employees and employers time allowing them to continue with more important tasks whilst also leading to more accurate claims and faster payments.
